Here is mine for him:
As far as selling skills go... he's got em. Chris Kerschen could sell you your own kidney. In his first month at Sellmark, he was outselling seasoned vets. He's a fast learner with great people skills that can charm the pants off your grandma. You would be hard pressed to find a better young professional for your team. His best quality is one you cannot teach. Everything Chris does and says, even down to his mannerisms comes from a very genuine place. In the sales world that is liquid gold. This honest quality makes the customer feel safe and taken care of. Watch out for this one, he could sell you his trash just so he doesnt have to take it out to the curb.
And his for me:
When you think of Supply Chain, you probably think of terms such as inventory control, purchase orders, and forecasting. When I think of Supply Chain, one name comes to mind, Lauren Jones. If you need someone you can trust to increase efficiency or decrease excess inventory, Lauren is your person. She can lead or follow and will project that professional image successful companies are looking for. Even in a job that doesn’t require great interpersonal skills, Laurens best quality is that she can interact in a skillful and well-educated manner, all while exuding confidence. When you combine those three traits, you get a poised individual who proves that glass ceilings are meant to be broken and not tolerated. Some people would ask you to take a chance on them, but with Lauren, you would be taking a chance if you didn’t have her.
I wish I could use that for real. More posts later. Peace!
