The best part about being in a new relationship is finding out little things along the way that confirm your initial intuition that the two of you are compatible. It seems like on an almost everyday basis Chris and I learn something new about each other that makes this feeling grow. One of the best discoveries was recent. And its a big one... WE BOTH LOVE LIVE MUSIC.

It really started were we met, at my band's show on the roof of Houston St., but I thought he just kept coming for me... which is probably true considering we aren't THAT good. Then we went to The Moon on Berry St. to see Lauren's friend Blaine play the drums with his band The Orbans. It was a blast and we both are big fans of the band now. Then last weekend we went to the Superpages.com Center to see GRO (Lauren's BF Josh plays with them) and The Goo Goo Dolls.

It was HOT... so sorry for the gross amount of sweat you see here.

It was a really good time. I can't wait to go see The Orbans play at the Aardvark on Saturday!
